Renewing online?

Hey folks. I'm hoping someone can lead me in the right direction. I'm looking on the site to renew and saw there's a way to renew online now. When I click the provided link, it asks for a login and password; both of which I don't have. Is there a registration link somewhere? Thanks in advance!

Sorry, I figured it would be self explanatory being in the MRPC page . I'm referring to membership to the club.

We recently sent out an e-mail blast to all of our members who had signed up for club e-mails. The user-id is the e-mail you used to sign up with.
