Trustworthy, Honest, on time.
Skillsets
Basic Drywall repair,
basic mud ( do not need to be a master finisher just decent)
painting,
Cabinet repair, wood
Can think out side the box for things
has transportation.

Cordless drill,
Some way to cut wood, Sawzall , skillsaw,
basic toolbag with handtools, tape hammer the like
Be open for emergency calls every now and then. ( trust me you want to run E-calls)
We rarely do the same thing over and over. with 150+ rentals and 18 HOA/Condo Assoc.. things are new and exciting every day
