Selling a handgun question

In early 2019 (pre COVID), I shipped via UPS, 9 handguns and 2 rifles in a secured Pelican case, housed inside a heavy duty cardboard box to an FFL in AZ. I declared the contents and information all IAW UPS guidelines. Now, that may have changed sometime between then and now but it is worth checking out. My .02.

I thnk UPS changed the policy last year??
