Jacks gun works did my ruger. He is very nice guy and very reasonable. I also used badger who was ok on work, high on price, and slightly arrogant.

I highly recommend Jacks he is in harford county has a nice gun shop and great prices on workmanship. Call ahead for his hours.

Ed Harren. On the sight as DocEd. Our I-70 in Ijamsville. He does fantastic work. He's done 3 so far for me.
Not exactly local to OP but I will second this. Doc has done work for me and nobody I have sent to him has left disappointed. His benchrest and varmint rifles are some of the finest shooters I've seen.
