R.I.P.
The VCDL (Virginia Citizens Defense League) is attending the General Assembly's "Lobby Day" on Monday, January 19, 2009, to petition the Commonwealth to eliminate the ridiculous and unconstitutional "restaurant" ban of concealed weapons.
While I generally do not participate, nor hold much agreement with "online" petitions, this one will be printed and carried to the Virginia legislature and presented in person to the General Assembly on January 19. Unfortunately I am unable to attend this year, as much as I would like to, as I have another pressing commitment on the same day.
I urge all Virginians, those who work and play in Virginia and anyone who loves liberty to sign this petition to try and return freedom to VA's gun owners.

They are also attempting to counter the claims of the "Brady" clan's assertions about the "gun show loophole" and their unfounded desire to have it somehow closed. Please visit the VCDL web site for more information and consider joining if you are a Virginia patriot.
