I bought this stuff from a guy (FTF) near my home in the bay area of ca.
(A.K.A. behind enemy lines)
(The two powders on the left and the center are for pistol, the one on the right is for rifle. The small tins are caps; the black ones are #10 and the other one is #11)
It's funny - Black Powder hasn't been overregulated- in CA, like they've done with modern and C&R firearms (as of Jan 1 2014 in CA there is no difference between a gun that's is 5-days old and one that is 50+years old. The only you can get around the 10-day waiting period is having a C&R Lic, plus a COE).
I'm sure in time they'll overregulate black powder as well!
