The POTUS repeatedly claims the "vast majority" of Americans support stricter gun laws. If I recall in Statistics Class a vast majority would be in excess of 3/4 of the population sampled. I fail to see a "vast majority" in the data: http://www.gallup.com/poll/1645/Guns.aspx

The Liar in Chief has no integrity and sadly the liberal media doesn't call him on it either.

"Straw Argument." No there there. He ALWAYS uses it.

"Most economists agree that in order to create jobs, we
must increase 'investment' from Washington." Who are these
'most economists'? Straw men, straw dog.

It's an Allinsky tactic. "The threat is almost always more worrysome than the thing itself."

Someone else posted a thread about an article about the POTUS team using twitter shills to contact congress to create the "vast majority". I can't find the thread through search.

The vast majority of Germans in the 1930's wanted Jews gone.

What was your point again, Mr. Obama?

In my mind, a "vast majority" would be 4.5 sigma ...

In gun control, there is not even a simple majority that want it. Especially when you explain that FELONS are EXEMPT from the bulk of the new laws. They are EXEMPT from registration and all background checks!
