Will grandfathering be allowed for handgun magazines over the 10 round limit?

    Will grandfathering be allowed for handgun magazines over the 10 round limit?

    I've looked around but have not seen anything mentioning magazine grandfathering.

    That's because it doesn't even mention possession. You can still possess mags over ten rounds, but you can't transfer/manufacture/sell them in state.

    Basically, it's exactly the same as it is now with magazines over 20 rounds. It just crosses out the 20 and replaces it with 10.

    Ok, I just wanted to make sure I would not be in trouble taking magazines over 10 rounds from my house to the range...
