    Since the petitioner is from PA, and is taking on big government.

    Kirtz had the where with all to go after the UDSA for ruining his credit. Of course the government stipulates that they cannot be sued for screwing people over, but the law says otherwise.

    The result: you can now go after the government agency messing up your credit.

    Whether the civil-liability provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq., unequivocally and unambiguously waive the sovereign immunity of the United States.
