Brand new unfired blued Ruger Mark IV 22LR upper. Features 5.5” heavy bull target barrel, adjustable rear sight (nicely serrated too), serrated front sight, and drilled & tapped for scope mount. No bolt, but you can get a new one on eBay for about $40. Pics below, but it looks exactly like this:
