For 55gr bullets I have always used BL-C2, works for me in 7" and 8" twist barrels. For 75/77gr bullets I use Varget in 7" twist. Once I find a load I load a shitload of ammo and don't dick around experimenting all the time. Other than load development I don't bother until I need to load 1000...- Bolts Rock

Ruger 10/22s: disappointing

What did you do at your reloading bench today?
Yes I shoot SASS. My load is 6.0gr Trail Boss under a 200gr RNFP. I load when I get to about 500-1000 rounds loaded on the shelf. Next I need to find some Titewad at a decent price and load 1000 or so 12ga.- Bolts Rock
