I've read different things and I now some lawsuits may have changed some things. Headed to Montgomeryville, PA for a box lacrosse tournament for my son and we plan on hitting some spots in downtown Philly while there. Am I GTG in Philly with a PA LTC (Berks County)?

I am currently under the 10 day internal review request time from of my newly issued permit. I was contacted by a Trooper yesterday from the Licensing Division saying that as a result of the new change that they would be re-issuing a un-restricted permit. He said it was being printed yesterday...
Anyone else have an issue with the $10.00? I mean you would think at this point they would just automatically mail an unrestricted permit rather then us having to request it and pay even more $$$$

Dumb question but are kids allowed? My son is ten and hunts with me and wants to go to this. I understand that he can possess any firearms if he one but he still wants to go.
