I picked this up recently it's a 1941 tula 9130 This was actually put together by Izhevsk after the tull plant Was evacuated In front of the advancing Germans
Nice Tula stock and an Izhevsk Receiver

I got it on gunbroker but it came out of Maryland from one of the IP's. I started a thread on Gunboards that explains what this is.

Copy that. I pretty much stopped going to Gunboards when it changed ownership and Brent (Tuco) passed away. The Mosins stopped flowing a few years before that, which also contributed to not visiting as often. The Collector’s Forum was stagnant.
