The one on the top left in a Drop In Auto Sear for a Trapdoor Springfield. It's a quick and simple full auto machine gun conversion.
The one on the lower right is an Auto Sear for a Remington 700.

Of course, both are NFA items requiring a tax stamp.

I don't know about Lee but I have similar primer-arm for my Hornady/Pacific Press. Probably someone bought an extra to have one set up for small and one for large. You're missing the primer punch, primer cup, and primer cup spring for one of the sizes, probably large.

Thanks much fellas, I use an rcbs press so that explains why I have not seen them. And I know "what's a henway?" At least 4 or 5 lbs if fed right. ;)

As noted by just a couple of replies, they are "primer levers" (lack of better term)
and are found on LEE presses,( and others) one for SPP, one for LPP. The cup on top of the spring holds the primer for insertion into the brass. One is missing the cup and spring. I have used them for years om LEE Deluxe Turret Press. Work great

Nobody needs to empty the entire chamber with a single pull of the trigger.
