Better than Tapcos IMO, but not milsurp quality. If they are like the ones I picked up last year, the front and rear lugs are all polymer but there are some metal liners in the feed lips. Some guys have had to take a file to the rear to get them to lock, but they fit in all my rifles just fine.

They are not steel reinforced. While I don't think that's the end of the world, you can get steel and steel-reinforced AK mags easily and cheaply enough that I probably wouldn't bother with these. If price is the biggest issue, you can get Tapcos cheaper, and they work fine.

Remember that when you bang around an AK mag in your rifle, the lugs on the front and rear are taking pretty much the entire hit. There are reasonable concerns that polymer lugs aren't capable of taking that kind of abuse without steel reinforcement. If it's just range or home defense use, not a big deal. If you're running and gunning in the real world or even a really intense carbine class, it could be a problem.

The Poles don't make 7.62x39 mags anymore, I thought? Just Beryl mags and that run of 5.45x39 mags they did for the Ukranians.

 What Rob and erwos said.
I have 5-6 of these. They work fine, and do have metal inserts in the feed lips (not sure about the lugs though). I prefer steel mags, but these aren't bad if you can find them cheap. (I think they were $10ish back when I picked them up)
