I am seriously considering a 10-22 conversion for my next toy. The Archangel HK looks pretty cool but I am leaning towards the Thompson. My new 10-22 is progressing I have it in the Axiom stock added the short flash supressor and am waiting for the rail setup to arrive when I can install the lever mount and scope.

Here's my advice about 10/22 "assault rifle"-style conversions after having done one: don't. Makes cleaning them a PITA, and they're still not nearly the equal to a proper .22LR AR-15.

I was following progress on this stock over at rimfirecentral for a while. Not sure if he's gotten production up but there were some serious wait times for these things.

I was considering picking up a Remington 597 just for one of these:

Been drooling over these a while but couldn't bring myself to do it. The idea of having a Storm-Trooper AK was cool until I realized how dorky I'd look at a range. The black kit just didn't have the same appeal.

The Draco pistol kit is new (to me) and looks wicked. And it cleared through ATF as NOT an SBR! Draco's are still pretty cheap, right?

I wouldn't care about looking dorky with a gun that sexy, let them be jealous.

Though the temptation to roll up dressed like a storm trooper to the range would be pretty hard to ignore...

I would love to see that! I'll join in and make the sound effects.
