    All told, wouldn't it be better for our cause if, instead of a decision in "two weeks", a decision didn't get rendered until after the MD legislature goes back into hibernation?

    Yes. At this point, I'm of the opinion that a decision after the GA recesses for the year is best. If we got an opinion from the court tomorrow, in our favor, it would be trivial to amend SB 281 to have some other absurd requirement for CCW that isn't G&S. By waiting until after the session, the GA must either have a special session (only allowable for budget issues, IIRC) or wait until next year.
