    Can I email my notarized Collectors application to Cpl Cusimano or do i have to mail it because I have read that others have emailed it in.

    I'm not 100% sure either. I mailed mine last fall and got it 4 weeks, to the day, later.
    I can't imagine emailing or faxing would gain you that much time.

    I did send it by email but should I mail it anyway just in case I cant use the email route or should I wait.

    Bob Sr. at The Gun Shop took my application, notarized it, and faxed it to the good Corporal. I got the confirmation letter two or three weeks later.
