    Don't expect a decision anytime soon.

    From what I understand so far: the case is scheduled to be heard this fall, meaning a decision will not be forth coming before next year.

    I will be happy to be wrong, if there is updated schedule information.

    I'd expect a decision in June 2025.
    I wouldnt expect it that late. It will not be the star of the show next year. Maybe early spring.

    All of the elephant in the room precedent with Chevron will be in the last session(s) of this year.
