haha i hate the damn green stickers in HOco whats worse is that they are on everyones subaru, the official car of howard county, and right next to the dumb green sticker is the awesome "coexist"

the best one i have ever seen was on a guys truck he took the baltimores all black "believe" sticker and razor knifed it and re-arranged the letters to say "be evil"

    Howard County
    Principles of Civility
While the Choose Civility initiative was inspired by Dr. Forni's 25 rules of considerate conduct, Howard County has chosen to promote 15 of his rules as guiding ideas and principles that resonate with the community. Choose Civility promotes the following

    Principles of Civility
    Pay attention
    Listen
    Speak kindly
    Assume the best
    Respect others' opinions
Respect other people's time and space
    Be inclusive
    Acknowledge others
    Accept and give praise
    Apologize earnestly
    Assert yourself
    Take responsibility
    Accept and give constructive criticism
    Refrain from idle complaints
    Be a considerate guest

I'd add one more rule of conduct..keep your finger off the trigger until you are ready to fire.

IMO the whole "civility" discussion coming from the left is nothing more than a rehashing of the same suppression of free speech tactics they have been using since the days of Lenin. Left-wing expression of dissent is good and healthy and full of good intentions (and thus "civil"). Right-wing dissent on the other hand is mean-spirited, ignorant, and fuels violence, and therefore must be silenced, even if it takes governmental intervention, for the greater good. Those with any kind of a grasp on civics can see through the tyrant in sheep's clothing, unfortunately that number seems to dwindle ever smaller as we descend into an idiocracy.

The whole Choose Civility went right out the window last year when the snow storm hit and they were fighting for parking spaces in the townhouse projects
