It used to not happen in other states and now half of the states in our nation allow it. Concealed carry was also something that was "never going to happen here".

I am pretty sure our little red headed pencil neck friend is making sure concealed carry outside of your home is not legally happening in MD.

The head of juvenile services in Baltimore City insists that "juvenile" should be up to age 25 as their brains are not fully developed til that age.

Sigh. Any mental gymnastic possible to keep from holding the culpable accountable.

Then no one in Baltimore should be allowed to vote until age 26.

This. Pretty sure there is a curfew for minors as well. What about possession of alcohol and legal drugs.

From the main case, it looks like he is being held without bond.
What is this? His lawyer filed against the warden. Is this common when someone is held without bond?

"A writ of habeas corpus is used to bring a prisoner or other detainee (e.g. institutionalized mental patient) before the court to determine if the person's imprisonment or detention is lawful. A habeas petition proceeds as a civil action against the State agent (usually a warden) who holds the defendant in custody."

Let's see if he follows the rules from now on. Still no info on where or how he came into possession of the firearm. Just the rumor on facebook about him having told people he bought it off the street.
