Fingers crossed, my submission was 7/12, but it was through silencer central, so I will have a bit of a wait after I get my approval I suspect, but we close!!!It looks like I should be getting close. I put in for a Dead Air Mask on 7/23/22.

Thanks. I have a few more from last year. Next in line is an 8/6 filing.Congrats! Now I AM chomping at the bit..
may 31st. Thing is, if you get denied for any reason and have to refile after that, you have to refile on paper or pay $200, and they basically know you have an unregistered SBR after the amnesty period if you don't. I'm in PA, so the 29" rule doesn't affect me, but if I was in MD, I'd get a 22 kit or upper to make 29" and form1 a pistol or two as a SBR. You can always "convert" to non NFA, just keep it with brace as-is if this BS rule gets tossed, add an upper in MD to make over 29" or put any upper on with a form 20 out of state.Still up in the air about the tax free Form 1
Anyone recall the deadline to file?
Yeah. Just trying to decide if I want to give them the finger or not honestly.may 31st. Thing is, if you get denied for any reason and have to refile after that, you have to refile on paper or pay $200, and they basically know you have an unregistered SBR after the amnesty period if you don't.
Personally to each their own, and definitely respect giving them the finger. Also no qualms about building or using braced pistols like millions are going to do that don't really follow this stuff, especially being most states are refusing to enforce it. I did use it as an opportunity to form 1 some braced pistol stuff I was going to anyway, already have a fair amount of NFA stuff before, can avoid the cost and ugly of engraving, have an E-form account and digital prints, and stocks tend to be cheaper and more comfortable than braces anyway. They are also rubber stamping provided there are not egregious errors. Following Reddit's NFA forum, the only denied form was a guy that fat fingered a "yes" to a prohibiting question like "are you a felon". Couple people got them in states with an AWB, lots of 80%s mis-spelled, wrong CLEO, and one guy that listed as his reason "for flexing on the poors and other lawful reasons". Think they just plug them in as fast as they can, and if the computer doesn't reject it, you get your form 1 in a month or two.Yeah. Just trying to decide if I want to give them the finger or not honestly.
Not if you take the brace off and run just a pistol tube.... , and they basically know you have an unregistered SBR after the amnesty period if you don't.
I wish. My current eForm 1 is 75 days or so and counting. My last eForm1 was 5 months. I must be on someone's crap list.Think they just plug them in as fast as they can, and if the computer doesn't reject it, you get your form 1 in a month or two.
Did mine 9/8/22. Hopefully getting close. Finally some good news for a changeMy 8/6/2022 Form4 was approved today.

In my experience, Form 1 SBR's have gone much more quickly than Form 1 suppressors.I wish. My current eForm 1 is 75 days or so and counting. My last eForm1 was 5 months. I must be on someone's crap list.
