The unissued ones were a lot more attractive when they were $119 with holster , 2 mags , lanyard and cleaning rod

For $305 I would make another choice for a pistol.

Agreed. And lets not forget 5 cents per round surplus back then. The cz52 is cool but very uncomfortable, not worth $300

If I recall correctly, cz52 mags can be altered to work with the Yugo tokarev. Right now it looks like they have original Yugo mags for the same price, but they are probably limited numbers.

Yep, that is kinda of a price jump! They were just $199 the other day. I would look for something else for $305.
