I firmly believe in socailism/communism too - at the family level but not as a form of government.

What always gets me about those who champion socialism/communism on a broader spectrum is they tend to think they know what is best for me and others but when I try to argue from the opposite side and tell them what is best for them they don't want to hear it. They really are group who has some serious problems with rational thought processes.

Thanks for the link. I will use this to open the eyes of people who are sitting on the fence.

Should we create a link library of statements like the one from Holders and Feinstein? I think that having them pure, without analysis, conclusions, and speculations (what the MRAPs are purchased for), makes them even more usefull to wrok on the fence sitters.

President Obama has been steadily building a domestic police force, and can now put some teeth behind his desire to disarm Americans.

obama was extremely calculative in NOT actively going after guns in his first term. He and his conspirators knew it would cut short their time in office.

Anybody who didn't see this coming should have their rights restricted under the mental disorders proposals.

I had a teenager in my car one time whose parents were big libs (without them in the car). He told me he totally believed in socialism. I asked him how much his shoes and his iPod cost and to hand them over, I would give him suitable functional replacements. That I could buy 15 of each for the cost of them and give the other 14 to people that needed them. He was shocked and said "these are mine!". That's the problem, I explained, looks different when we're talking about YOUR stuff, huh?

The tin foil argument is exactly why I would like to have these public statements (evidence) isolated from speculations about DHS purchases or other stuff.

At the next social gathering when someone will say "But they do not want to take your guns away" I just want to play the video of Martinez and Feinstein and not give anyone the chance to side track.
