Has free compost bins. Obviously you have to be a resident Anne Arundel County and "bin" means plastic mesh bin, but they are free.
I picked up one the other day after getting a flyer in the mail. I was hoping and praying it was a nice plastic four walled kind. No such luck. Its actually still rolled up in the back seat of my car.
