Gunsmith help

[Cordite]

I recently came into possession of a Winchester 1897 12 gauge, Black Diamond tournament grade shotgun that has been used and knocked around a bit. Still looks good, though and the slide and hammer work well. Does anyone know a reliable gunsmith in Baltimore County, Harford County or close by who can check such a piece out and tell me if it's safe to shoot?
