Ah, New Jersey!!! Born and raised there, back in the days when South Jersey was anywhere
from the Capital to the Cape, and any place north of the Capital Trenton, was considered to be New York suburb....South Jersey was "all Farmland", Vineland was egg capital, and loaded with tomato farms, shipping them to Camden and Campbell Soup Co. for processing, and of course, the Pine Woods. Back in the day, If you "wernt a Piney, ya best tred lightly.
Back in the days of Bass River State Forest, and the "Warrton Tract"....Boy Scout camp site in Pine Hill Scout Reservation(Clementon, NJ,)...most of which transformed to Housing developments (Cherry Hill), etc , etc .. At one time, you could walk anywhere around
CAMDEN, (Camden County) and not to worry about anything. Not so today...
I was there from 1939 to 1960, when I left with the U.S. ARMY. Never went back.
And glad of it. The LEFT has surely turned it to, as noted, "Peoples Republic of New Jerzikstan! SHAME!
Anyway, welcome to MD and the MDS Forum......
