Ok now where did these teens get the gun? Are the parents going to be held responsible if they got the gun from one of their houses where it should be under lock and key? Seriously, we as a society have to go beyond the gun and look at the problems of owning a gun and prevent the gun from getting into the hands of people who don't need or use them properly.

At some point during the ride, the driver was instructed to pull over and as he did, the passenger behind him began choking him with a karate belt. The front passenger, pulled a gun and threatened to kill him.
