All it takes to have a "dealer" account with many suppliers is having a valid C&R. Let's do some simple math:

Your order was $134. Mine was $103. That's $31 more for you. But wait (it gets better). The fees to obtain a C&R is $30 for three years. Hmmm...sounds like I may save some more on future purchases...
