Considering how cheap Tokarev ammo is right now, it's not a bad choice at all. Too bad no one's making the 9mm conversion barrels for them anymore.

If you need a C&R form "fast", here's the trick:
1. Fill out the order request form on the BATFE website.
2. Wait two weeks.
3. Call the number on the website and complain that you haven't gotten anything.
4. They'll send you one the next day.

Kinda absurd that you can't just download and print the forms, but there you go.
