    Those of you looking for 223 bullets, bass pro had about 10 boxs of 100 count Hornday 55gr V-Max on the self.

    Agreed, someday this craziness will slow down. People are pulling forward years of demand.
    I do not envision getting a Maryland FOID to purchase new firearms and I think that many will avoid this nonsense. Its a bridge to far. Most people will settle for what they have and focus on getting their existing gear in good order and tweak what they have.
    What the component suppliers and especially FFLs will need to focus on right about now will be to maintain solid goodwill in their customer base. The panic buying days will be over one way or another now matter what the .gov does with legislation. People will not be grabbing every box on the shelf when they see their stuff available. Everyone who would be a buyer will have done so for multiple years into the future (especially for non-consumable items). The dynamic will change and the routine buyers left will be in the driver seat. Prices will normalize and we can keep our benches stocked more logically, as opposed to sitting on excess components afraid to consume them.

    Unless this time its different, of course.

    It's that last line that concerns me.
