Looking for a wood handled knife

I'm looking for either a fixed blade or folder but looking for one with wood handles that are comparable to the wood stocks that are on the Finnish rifles, you know, the ones that look like they are on fire? I believe it is called Arctic birch. If it has Damascus steel, that would be a plus but not necessary. Basically I'm looking for a center piece to my collection. One that has amazing wood handles. Nothing huge but not tiny either. Probably in between the Kershaw cryo 2 and the bench made bedlam 860.

If there is anything like that out there, let me know.

Have you considered building one from a kit? Choose the blade and some matched scales with the grain you want.
