I just got back from the show and I think that you're right on that.I think a row of tables has been added in the big hall. The aisles are narrower and at past shows if you walked aisles like mowing lawn, you had to walk one row twice because there was an add number of aisles. Today, that is not the case.
One table had a transferable full auto AR-18I always liked the chantilly show, but last time it just seemed like an endless sea of Glocks, Sigs, and off brand AR’s. Nothing wrong with that, but part of going to a gun show is to find that hidden treasure that no local shop ever has. Been years since I’ve had that happen.
At one of the PG Showplace Arena shows I scored an ANIB Colt Boa from Walter's Gun Shop for $700. My best score ever.I always liked the chantilly show, but last time it just seemed like an endless sea of Glocks, Sigs, and off brand AR’s. Walter's Gun Shop and PC Equestrian Center. You are reaching way back for those days. Time has caused me to forget the name of the Owner of Walter's. I remember he was a teacher. My wife bought her first S&W 686 there. At one of the PG Showplace Arena shows I scored an ANIB Colt Boa from Walter's Gun Shop for $700. My best score ever.
And pickles. You'd thought they were giving them away with how busy they were. Was there any beef jerky, fudge or roasted nuts???
