Need HG Permit Appeal Lawyer

Friend of mine has had a HG permit for years. His last renewal the MSP put convoluted restrictions on his permit. He is appealing. I want the know the name and contract information of a Lawyer versed on HG permit issues. Remember this appeal is before an administrative Law Judge not the recently disbanded Handgun Appeals Board. I am thinking these first appeals will be test cases!
