I should mention if its not obvious the P80s are serialized.

So they're on a 77R and transferred as such? Or do they just have numbers applied? Are the numbers compliant with the new ******** law?

They transfer on a 77r as a pistol receiver. Unfortunately I do not think any 07 will be applying SN# to frames as result of the newest infringement. Both because of ATF regs and liability reasons.

Yep that was why I was asking. So they're serialized from P80 then?
