This Cyrus Vance Jr is a hoplophobic liberal piece of shiite. He's trying to outlaw basically any locking folder that can be opened with one hand.

It's now impossible to get any Spydercos or Kershaw locking folders in NY.

If they can get away with saying all knives that can be opened with one hand are now switchblades, we must legalize switchblades. Banning switchblades is useless and stupid.
