Question on old FN

I just acquired an old FN Nazi occupied Hi Power.

Here's the question, is it still regulated due to it's age? The one gun a month rule applies or no? I am assuming since we are in MD that it is regulated but the question popped in my head.

In before the "You need a C&R" crowd....yes I know I do!

It's regulated regardless if you don't have your C&R. If you have your C&R and it's outside of MD, then you can have it shipped to you no problem, as I believe it qualifies as C&R. If the current owner is inside MD, then you have to go through the 7 day wait regardless because that's how MSP wants it done.

Of course..Cell phone pic because I have to wait til April to take it home since I just transfered 2 lowers 2 weeks ago. Thus the question of regulated or not. I cant wait to tear it down, clean it up. I love guns with a 5 o'clock shadow!

The mag shown is a newer mag but it does come with the original mag. Also, it's a 9mm, not sure why they wrote .45acp on the tag.
