    Definitely not where you are!
    That looks to be more of a SCAR clone, which is not on the banned list and definitely isn't similar to an AR-15. So yes, if you take one of the features off (folding stock / flash hider) then it's legal to transfer in MD. But like always, call the FFL/Dealer you're wanting to ship the rifle to and make sure they'll transfer it, as they always have the final word.

    It's not a clone of the SCAR at all.

    As long as the OAL is 29" or more and you don't have a flash hider (or pin the stock), it's G2G.
