Asking this on behalf of a friend.
Bowie Police Dept. is now requiring officers to change rifles to Colt, or Rock River.
They may swap out lowers.
The PD is providing letterhead to the officers so they can take delivery tomorrow.
I know of at least 2 officers looking to buy stripped RR lowers.
Do any of our IPs have a few RR stripped lowers sitting around and if so what are they charging per for 2 or more?
