My house is for sale. It went under contract. I had it inspected. The roof is at the end of its useful life. I also had a bunch of other repairs that were identified.

I need someone who's skilled and willing to work but not trying to make a fast buck. I'd prefer that you're licensed to do roof work if you want to take on the roof.

The other stuff I could do myself, but I'm just too busy: 1) replacing some dry wall in the garage, 2) climbing a ladder and putting caulk around the gable vents, 3) repairing a hole in the siding, 4) attaching a deck railing to the house, 5) replacing a porch post (I have the replacement post), 6) etc. etc.

PM me if you have an interest.

Another vote for CRFAKM4. If he works in your area, you won't be sorry you went with him. He managed to stop my roof from leaking when several others failed.
