My brother owes me some money and has offered up his stainless 10/22 as partial payment. It is about 12 years old and less than 100 rounds fired with a wood stock. How much should I deduct from the debt if I choose to accept the offer? Thanks.

Id say $200 (hey hes your brother).

If you are a cold hearted scoundrel $150 as that should be about what he paid for it all those years ago.

I think I put 400 rounds through my 10/22 sunday alone. 100 in 12 years is what I call a nightmare!

have you seen the new ones? I personally wouldnt call them stainless, they look like theyre painted gray

Barrels are stainless. Receivers are painted aluminum.

i saw one in a dicks sporting goods that looked like that one in your picture except the receiver looked the color and texture of an auto primer paint and the barrel was exactly matched and they said that all 10/22 stainless were like that
