You know I just bought one at Christian soldier, and I didn't have to buy one of those cable locks, It also came with a Ruger branded padlock.

Thanks everyone. I had special ordered a MK III from Bass Pro (I had lots of gift cards). It hasn't come in yet but they charged me for a lock. I spoke to them this morning and they said they would credit the charges based on a factory internal lock already being there.

Here's my Ruger MIII Hunter. I recomend having a Volquartsen Target Match trigger installed. No special tools to install the drop in kit.
