Stopped in there last week to grab a box of M-22 and had a great chat with owner. Great guy, I highly recommend them! I'll be back again and again.

They definitely have the lowest transfer fees in the area and will work hard to get what you want. The owner is a great guy, even if he wears and Army uniform...

LOL, spoken like a true Marine. BTW he does accept transfers from Buds and other online vendors where most shops don't.

Another Recommendation for Chuck and Tyler Firearms

I can also recommend Tyler. Chuck is a great guy and his prices are lower than they probably ought to be.

+1 for the shop. Chuck is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Went in for the hql, walked out with the certificate and a Mossberg 715t :D

Great place to do business, absolutely the best transfer fees in this fn state.
Additional discounts on transfer fees for Military and NRA members.

What is the total cost for the hql?
That depends on if you need the training or not. If you do, its approximately $150-175 depending on the Live Scan cost. Our training is $40 for MDS members. Live Scan can be $55-75 depending on where you go, and the HQL fee to Maryland State Police is $50.
