I'm pretty sure that Andy Devine is one of these judges.

THANK YOU everyone who is in Annapolis today supporting us.
This week California in court lost the one gun a month fight.
A win-win for anyone not an MSI member, go to the next gunshow and stop and talk to our good friends at their both and join, you'll be glad you did.

Judge: So there are two redundant processes before you can buy the gun. Why not have six processes before you can buy that gun?

State: Well, that might be a challenge under Bruen.

Ultimately it boils down to, "a right delayed is a right denied." It should end right there.

Who is this doofus judge who is all involved in the idea that the fingerprinting process seems to be faster for the HQL?

That did not go well. :sad20: It almost seemed like the lawyer for MSI wasn't prepared for the kinds of questions that would likely be asked.

I'm not a legal guru, but if there is no historical analog and zero text supporting a licensing scheme, this is unconstitutional. These judges are ridiculous.

The ending seemed bad. He got run over.

And F that female judge that snapped her fingers at him saying “I’m over here”.
That is so condescending and unprofessional to snap your fingers at someone that way.
