Will Smith killed

I sure as hell hope the accused isn't a valid permit holder. It looks like he called the police after he shot Smith. So it doesn't look good.

There was a thread started somewhere about remarks that his former coach made after the shooting. I think it's "I Hate Guns"

Smith had a conceal carry permit, they are saying he never brandished it though. The shooter is digging a bigger hole for himself. Claiming a hit and run by Smith caused this. The video of the hit and run seems to show the shooter slammed his brakes on for no reason . Pictures seem to show Smith didn't hit him as no front end damage
