    Trade for surplus
    These were made and finished by Colt at the Hartford factory in the 70s from raw parts they sourced from elsewhere. Colt’s website places the serial number at 1975.

    All serial numbers match. The screws have signs of turning and the cylinder stops do have wear from cycling. I have fired it and detail cleaned it and everything works as it should.

    I’m looking to trade it for an SMLE at the moment, but I’m always interested in other surplus, like US, combloc, and Mausers, particularly Swedish...

    It doesn’t have anything else. I’d value it at a straight trade for an average SMLE that’s mechanically solid and with a good bore. I’d prefer UK made with walnut furniture.
