Spandau Gewehr 1888/05 in 8x57 - dated 1890. Rifle has both German and Ottoman markings (crescent moon and S), but does not appear to have been modified outside of the -/05 modification to accept stripper clips. Good counterbored barrel.
Asking $300 and since this is from 1890, it should be an antique/no FFL. Buyer should be legally able to possess firearms in MD.
