The one I'm selling in NIB. That is, new in bag. B&T is not shipping them in hard plastic cases. Rather, its in like a weird shoulder bag or sorts that's way too big for this gun. This is fresh from B&T, current stock and production.
The one I'm selling still has the plastic factory security lock on the bag. Untouched by human hands, or at least mine.
