Like New. Has never been fired just kept in the safe. Includes a Ranger Point Precision rail that I installed on the rifle in addition to the original forearm. The front sight was removed during installation of the rail and is not included. Comes equipped with a threaded barrel and and optic rail! I’ll throw in the optic (Holosun) since the front sight post isn’t included.
