For sale is an 1884 Springfield Trap Door Rifle in .45-70.
The rifle is a single action with a 33" barrel. It has a cleaning rod.
The Rifle shows dings and patina as shown in the pictures.
Proof on the stock is still visible and markings on the metal are still clear.
The gun functions well.
The bore appears to be in good shape.

NOTE: This gun should NOT be shot with modern ammo.

NO FFL is required as this gun is PRE-1898.
